To answer Blue House Mom's question in a previous post, yes the easel is a huge hit! It is used daily, either chalk, markers or both. It has also been used for painting already, and was great for that. When my mom was visiting and we were busy working on the pumpkin soup we moved the easel into the kitchen so Lilypad Princess could paint while we worked.

No, unfortunately I don't think it is. I haven't tried though, I will before I go to bed tonight so I can let you know tomorrow.
