Well, I'm a little disappointed after my first week. I made it to the gym Sunday (35 minutes) through Thursday (all for 45 minutes to an hour). I was very good about my eating all week (well, except for when I was away this weekend) but I only lost .4 pounds. I'm still going to keep going, I know it will pay off eventually, but I was hoping to see all my hard work pay off a little more.

Oh, please don't be disappointed. I promise, your hard work will eventually pay off. You already know that, though. Keep it up. It didn't come on overnight and you know it won't come off that way either. Yippee skippee to you for making it all week! I'm so proud!
Wow, that's amazing! I think just making it to the gym Sun-Thu must make you loads healthier. I haven't been to the gym in so long, but I vaguely remember how amazing I felt after a great workout. Keep up the good work... the results will come.
