Lilypad Princess, Lilypad Dad, and I all want to wish Pop Steve (better known as PopPop)a very happy birthday! LP has been doing her best to make this a special birthday week for PopPop, we hope that he's enjoying it.
Here are a few things to know about Pop Steve.
1. He is a great crabbing teacher.
2. He loves boats, has had all different kinds already and is always planning the next one he wants.
3. He tells really corny jokes.
4. He still likes Lilypad Mom, despite her telling him that he had to be nuts on their first meeting.
5. He has unfortunate taste when it comes to baseball teams.
6. He has lost every bet he has made on said baseball team with Lilypad Mom and Auntie La.
7. As a result of said bets, we are all going to Disney World. Yet he apparently does not like any ride bigger than the Dumbo ride
8. He rides a Harley, and recently got a brand new one.
9. He can say anything at all backwards, even sing songs, without having to think about it.
10. He loves Lilypad Princess.

Happy Birthday to LP's PopPop! I know he's a special guy and it's so obvious how much he loves LP. I'm completely with him regarding tame rides at an amusement park....Dumbo sounds just perfect to me.
Happy Birthday Pop Steve! He's such a great gramps. That photo of LP is just amazing... she's like an Anne Geddes baby.
