This was a confusing week. Somehow I gained 3.6 pounds and .9% body fat, but still lost an additional 5 inches. I'm going to have to find a Y on our trip to keep going and hope for a much better week in 2 weeks.
Monday: 35 min. water aerobics, 15 min. lap swim, 2 rounds of circuit machines
Tuesday: 1 hour Y Pump class, 20 min. Arc Trainer
Wednesday: off
Thursday: 1 hour Y Pump class
Friday: 90 min. shoveling snow
Saturday: off
Sunday: off

Maybe it's water weight? You're doing awesome though, keep up the great workouts!
Congratulations on losing more inches !!!! That is what counts... Water weight goes up and down according to time and whim. It's inches lost that make it fun to buy clothes again :-)
