This was a confusing week. Somehow I gained 3.6 pounds and .9% body fat, but still lost an additional 5 inches. I'm going to have to find a Y on our trip to keep going and hope for a much better week in 2 weeks.
Monday: 35 min. water aerobics, 15 min. lap swim, 2 rounds of circuit machines
Tuesday: 1 hour Y Pump class, 20 min. Arc Trainer
Thursday: 1 hour Y Pump class
Friday: 90 min. shoveling snow
