Despite the unseasonably warm fall, winter is coming. The cold weather has started moving in, now Lilypad Princess says Brrrr as soon as we walk out of the house. It's time to pull out the capes that Nana made for her last winter. The capes are a great way to keep her warm without compromising the safety of her carseat with a jacket, or the hassle of having to keep taking a jacket off everytime we get in the car. There are some really cute ones on Etsy as well, including the one pictured above.

Love the cape idea. We have one from last year, though I think it's a little too short for this year.
Who makes capes for boys??? I guess his fleecy zipups will have to do when he's w/out a winter coat.
